Community Growth Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Identify and source top-tier coaching professionals specializing in different subject-matter areas (health, wellness, leadership, business and etc.)
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including professional networks, job boards, local recruitment platforms.
- Conduct screening interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience with the TaskHuman brand.
- Act as liaison with the Talent Evaluation team to coordinate meetings, interviews, including preparation and debriefing of candidates
- Develop a pipeline of screened and qualified candidates for future openings
- Provide weekly reports and feedback on recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with other internal teams to strategize and identify qualified talent
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Strong judgment skills and ability to problem solve
- Savvy with the latest technology and tools related to sourcing
- A proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment
- Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and Recruitee.
- Able to learn new software quickly
- Genuine interest in the mission of TaskHuman and in being a part of something bigger than any one person or business group
