The Opportunity

As we scale to new categories and markets, we are looking for an accomplished and driven Growth leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B2C revenue/user growth, be passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and user feedback to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth charter of our product, assembling the right team and driving focussed strategies around user and client growth while optimizing key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with company’s business objectives
  • Build out lifecycle based growth features at scale for acquiring new users, increasing engagement and impact and improving retention and LTV
  • Establish growth and optimization best practices and processes to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, identify high impact conversion opportunities, and run high-velocity, data-driven experiments
  • Support client’s strategic business objectives building a deep understanding of their goals for using our platform and delivering targeted results
  • Build a growth team with a strong culture of innovation, experimentation and data focus
  • Guide the design and development of a growth infrastructure including tools, systems and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing, Content and Finance to prioritize initiatives and align at a company level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/advanced degrees desirable but not required
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, driving revenue of a sizable product line or business.
  • 5-7 years experience leading growth initiatives
  • 10 years experience in product management or marketing
  • Strong technical depth with experience delivering platform, data and infrastructure projects
  • Entrepreneurial/startup mindset to drive outcomes autonomously
  • Experience with product marketing, project management, and engineering & development preferred though not required
  • Global health & wellness product management experience desirable
  • Leadership experience in a cross-functional program, leading projects or possessing direct people management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management, and consumers
  • Expertise in the product, including specific technical or industry knowledge
  • Superior project management and with the ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure
  • Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
  • Experience with modern cloud based workforce systems and tools including Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack
  • Genuine interest in the mission of TaskHuman and being a part of something bigger than any one person or business group

US Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 Annually + Benefits. The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
