We're partnering with a top-tier tech employment partner to create an innovative SAP course aimed at empowering Women in Tech. If you're overflowing with creative ideas for curating an impactful curriculum and learning materials focused on SAP Finance with S/4HANA, then we want to hear from you!
This role is a collaborative endeavor, providing you the chance to mold and refine our course content, ensuring it remains up-to-date, pertinent, and at the forefront of technological advancements. Tasks
- Engage with internal teams and our B2B partner to pinpoint precise SAP Finance training needs.
- Conceptualize, create, and roll out an all-encompassing SAP S/4HANA Finance curriculum in line with our partner's specifications.
- Head the instructional sessions, ensuring content is both captivating and efficacious.
- Regularly enhance and fine-tune the curriculum, keeping in sync with evolving SAP Finance trends and innovations.
- Mentor and support students, offering them tangible projects and real-life SAP Finance scenarios within S/4HANA.
- Join forces with fellow trainers to guarantee a comprehensive learning journey for all attendees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP, specifically in the domain of Finance with S/4HANA, combined with curriculum design and teaching expertise.
- In-depth comprehension of the latest SAP Finance modules within S/4HANA and industry best practices.
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
- A solid history of crafting and spearheading successful training initiatives.
- A team-oriented approach, with the capability to work harmoniously with varied teams.
- Agility in responding to feedback and adapting to dynamic requirements.
