Your role at Kittl
As the Influencer Marketing Manager at Kittl, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, driving impactful collaborations with influencers and brands. Your role is to build and nurture relationships that inspire and engage a community of graphic designers, ensuring successful partnerships that contribute to Kittl's global expansion.
You will work closely with multiple teams to execute partnership strategies, leveraging your expertise in influencer marketing and brand collaborations. Your efforts will be crucial to Kittl’s mission to become the leading collaborative graphic design software for professionals.

What you'll do
Lead strategic partnerships: Drive and manage influencer and brand partnerships that align with Kittl’s growth goals, from outreach to execution and beyond
Build relationships that matter: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with top-tier influencers and partners across different social media platforms
Analyze & optimize: Track and measure the performance of partnerships and campaigns, refining strategies to maximize ROI
Spark innovation: Take the lead in transforming how we build partnerships, always pushing for breakthrough ideas and new ways to create meaningful impact and value for Kittl
Collaborate with the best: Work closely with our marketing, growth, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration and impactful campaigns
What you’ll need
Skilled in influencer partnerships: You have 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and/or brand partnerships, with a proven track record of over-performance against clear commercial objectives
Experienced marketer: You approach every situation with a marketing mindset, expertly integrating strategies and tactics in copy and visuals to maximize growth and engagement
Relationship builder: You know how to engage, negotiate, and build long-lasting relationships with influencers and brand partners. People love collaborating with you
Strategic thinker: You’re able to see the big picture and identify opportunities that align with a long-term vision while executing with precision
Growth-oriented: You thrive on challenges, are passionate about learning, and continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible
