Your role at Kittl
Our data function is a small, dedicated team but now we are ready to grow and evolve; so you’ll be making a huge impact. Kittl is scaling fast, and the need for data-driven insights and product development is becoming increasingly important.
As a Senior Product Analyst at Kittl, you go beyond data analysis. You will co-lead product development, act as the voice of the customer, and play a pivotal role in determining what we build and why.
In this role, you'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. You'll leverage your ability to craft compelling, data-driven stories that inspire and drive change within your team and among stakeholders. You'll be responsible for prioritizing the team's task backlog, balancing effort and impact to achieve the best outcomes. With a strong focus on the bigger picture, you'll contribute to shaping and executing the product strategy. Your excellent communication skills and collaborative nature will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
Analysis: Analysing large data sets to understand customer behaviour, spotting trends and making generalisations
KPI’s: Determining measures of success and building up metric architecture - how do various metrics affect each other and what should we optimise for
Qualitative data: Identifying the most impactful opportunities in product development through customer feedback data
A/B testing: Designing and running experiments at scale, measuring their results and providing business recommendations, continuously improving our experimentation capability and culture
Collaboration: Working together with our Data Scientists, Product Managers and Leadership to improve customer experience through machine learning, personalization and automation
Data culture: Maintain a culture of rigour and data-informed decision making to drive tangible business impact
What you’ll need
Experience: Over 3 years of experience in a B2C SaaS industry or a related field
Product analytics: Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar platforms is required
Data pipelines: Experienced in building data pipelines using dbt and AirFlow
Language & frameworks: You’re an expert in SQL and proficient in Python, with working knowledge of ML frameworks
Tools: You have experience with BI tools and data visualisation
Code versioning: You have experience with code versioning (git, GitHub)

Lead experimentation: You have a proven ability to lead experimentation: applied statistics, designing and analysing experiments, providing recommendations
